When modifying this template, don't forget to update IPL Teams 1, IPL Team colors 1 and IPL Team colors 2 along with IPL Team colors 2/outcome.
Usage edit
This is an auxiliary template which should be used by the templates Template:Indian Premier League Teams by season preload and Template:Indian Premier League final preload. The first parameter should be one of the codes from the table below, representing the squad which is season article being created. The template returns the wikilinked version of the text where necessary.
