Prem Sarovara (08 May 1960 to present day) is an English born meditation teacher of the Osho Tradition.
He is 5th child on Ronald Dorey & Margaret Dorey nee McKay, born in Woking, England and a Grandchild of H.V.Dorey

Prem Sarovara's spiritual quest began in teenage years, after family interests in Eastern Philosopy (his parents, some siblings and also his late Uncle H.P.M.Dorey was a theosophist). He received refuge, empowerments & teachings [1] from the great Tibetan Buddhist master H.H. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche on 24th Feb 1976 along with one of his two brothers at Ganpo Kangra Kagyu Ling in Sale near Manchester UK, one of the early centres of the Dechen Sangha; founded by David Stott, now known asLama Jampa Thaye, under the spiritual authority of Karma Thinley Rinpoche. At the age of 19, whilst working at Tatton Park he came across the books and meditations of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh introduced by a work colleague, as soon as he could he went to India to become a disciple of said master; later called Osho. In the eighties Sarovara lived in the sangha's communes in England, Germany, India and USA, and was selected in 1985 to train as a therapist in a scholarship program at Osho International Meditation University in Oregon. After the Training in counselling he continued to train in a broad range of therapies, including Star Sapphire Energywork, Intuition and Esoteric Science, Reliving Past Lives, Osho Meditative Therapies, Psychic Massage and Aura-Soma Colour-Care-System® and Personal Presenters Course Teacher. He has also trained in Family Constellation with Bert Hellinger. Sarovara holds a Professional Diploma in Counselling from Oxford College, UK and has been travelling internationally since 1987 to guide seekers through Osho therapy and meditation seminars.
He has created the Institutes so that the process of personal transformation can spread further, based on the vision that once an individual has passed through their own transformational experience they can then begin to guide and share with others also. The Institutes are now growing rapidly in Hong Kong, China, Russia, The Ukraine, the Baltic Republics.
