Thomson Whisky is an independent bottler of Whisky. Specialising in whisky from the now closed distillery of Willowbank, Dunedin, New Zealand.[1] It is the first New Zealand whisky company to win an international award.[2]

The whiskys are selected by Matt Thomson (the namesake of the business) and his wife Rachael. While the company's main focus is on bottling whisky from the former Willowbank distillery, they are currently in the process of establishing a distillery in Henderson, New Zealand.

Thomson's won third place for its Two-Tone Whisky at the World Spirits Competition in San Francisco in April 2013.[3][4] The name two tone is linked to the whisky being aged in two casks, one is a traditional whisky cask made of American white oak and the other is a wine cask of european oak. The wine cask previously held New Zealand red wine.
