Similar template for non-open archival metadata?

Is there a similar version of this template for non-open archival metadata? I would love to cite findingaids with a beautiful template like this, and I'm willing to make a new template, but I don't want to duplicate work.

I'm working with pages that have findingaids that don't have an open copyright. Specifically, this is the copyright statement.Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 15:48, 30 March 2016 (UTC)

I ended up making [Template:Cite_archival_metadata], mostly copy-pasting from this template. I'm not sure if I did it correctly, but I'll be continuing to test it out in the coming weeks.Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 15:48, 30 March 2016 (UTC)
