Proposal to amend template edit

Currently the behaviour of the template is for the link to the unit page on physics.nist.gov appears as an untitled external link in the text. The proposal is to modify the code for that compiled at Template:CODATA2010/sandbox2 which makes the link an inline reference to a named external link instead.

Current behaviour ‹The template CODATA2010 is being considered for deletion.› 1.660538921(73)×10−27 kg [1][2]
