Adding C++

Broken macro

The variadic macro example won't work as written - `F(a,b,...)` needs at least three argument - `...` needs at least one. The "table" of values needs a dummy column at the end; this allows additional columns to be added immediately before the dummy column without breaking existing client code. Sentence casing for the title

Shouldn't the title be "X macro" (not "X Macro")?
