I have examined this page. The page is not stable. There appears to be an edit war underway, involving alternation between two completely different versions of the page: one extremely long, one very short. This appears to have been underway for some months. Neither version appears particularly satisfactory for various reasons: both versions would probably require improvements to qualify for GA. Both versions appear to cover material not covered by Islam and slavery, and as that article already appears quite long, there is a case for there to be a standalone article on Muhammad and slavery. There are issues with copyediting and other manual of style issues.

Owing to the edit war, I am quickfailing this article.

I also note that the GA nomination came from an IP without a talk page, which seems inconsistent with facilitating editors' ability to respond to GA reviews, however that is not a factor in the quickfail.
