Khoda / Khuda

Both transliterations are used... perhaps khuda should redirect here, or the other way around? Currently, more articles link to "khuda". --Merzul 19:10, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Khodavand?

I mentioned that some unconfirmed sources say that Khoda is a short form of Khodavand. I can't confirm this, obviously, because I've only heard this from my father's friend who is some sort of theologian.

Would be interesting that someone those mother tongue is farsi (therefore an iranian, afghan, tayik or indian parsi) could explain to all if this world is really in use. I asked that because I had know that the muslims only can use the arabic name of God (it means Allah).
