Tân Thạnh township, Bắc Hòa, Hậu Thạnh Đông, Hậu Thạnh Tây, Kiến Bình, Nhơn Hòa, Nhơn Hòa Lập, Nhơn Ninh, Tân Bình, Tân Hòa, Tân Lập and Tân Ninh.
