Made protocol relative

As numbers of people are using wikipedia/wikimedia from the secure logins, there has been an attempt to updaet scripts to be protocol relative rather than hard-coded to http or https. This script has been updated though not checked due to lack of testing data or information pages. — billinghurst sDrewth 08:50, 26 February 2012 (UTC)
