The sixth season of the Sgt. Frog anime series consists of the fifty-one episodes after episode two-hundred-and-fifty-six from the series, which first aired in Japan from April 4, 2009 to March 27, 2010 on TV Tokyo. Season 6 uses 3 songs: 1 Opening and 2 Endings. "Kero! tto March (Platoon Ver.)" (ケロッ!とマーチ (小隊 Ver.), Kero! tto Māchi (Shōtai Ver.)) by the Keroro Platoon is used as the opening from episode 257 onwards. "Daijōbu Supponpon Friend" (だいじょうぶスッポンポン•フレンド, Daijōbu Supponpon Furendo, "It's All Right Naked Friend") by Yoshio Kojima is used as the ending from episode 257 to 282. "Hallelujah!!" (晴レルヤ!!, Hareruya!!, 283-) by JAM Project is used as Ending from episode 283 onwards.

In Part A, Keroro schedules an unexpected meeting. Tamama is still very tired, and when he arrives to the meeting room, Keroro isn't even there! Tamama wants to give him a "Wake-up kiss" so that he will wake up and they can be "lovey-dovey". However, when Mois is already trying to wake up Keroro, shaking him around, Keroro spins his head and accidentally kisses Mois. Tamama is seeing this, and thinks up countless plans to give him a wake-up kiss. However, they all fail in the end. Part B starts with Mois waiting for Pururu, and when Pururu arrives, they both walk home. But a car passes by and splashes water into Mois' face and Pururu's face. Mois looks at Pururu and sees a wrinkle on her face, and wants to prevent anyone from seeing it, or telling her. During the Platoon Checkup, everyone is doing his best (except for kururu) to hide the fact Pururu has a wrinkle from herself. Keroro accidentally says it, and they all find out it was actually just a piece of rubbish from the water that got splashed into her face. In the end, Keroro enters the bathroom where Pururu is washing off her make-up, showing her a present to make up for all the trouble. Then, Keroro finds out how many wrinkles Pururu actually has! | |||
