Hysiae may refer to two places in Ancient Greece:
- Hysiae, Argolis. A garrison town in Greece southwest of Argos, where two battle were fought between the armies of Argos and Sparta in c.669 BC and 417 BC. Hysiae was destroyed after the second battle.
- Hysiae, a village in Boeotia, was not far from Plataea and is mentioned by Thucydides.
