Halychyna is a Ukrainian scientific, cultural, and educational local history journal published in Ivano-Frankivsk by the staff of the Institute of History and Political Science of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
The first issue was published in 1997. The journal was approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine as a professional publication in history and art history.[1]
The editor-in-chief is Mykola Kuhutyak.
