Licensing issues

I added the "wrong license" template, as my concern is that not everything in the screenshot is open. The program may be under GPL, and that should have a GPL license tag, not a link, plus the screenshot includes an image of a Toshiba laptop, protected under trademark, and, for the actual PDF, may be copyrighted as well. --Geopgeop 05:09, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

Also, looking at it further, the PDF may be promotional material from Toshiba. The promo tag would then have to be applied. --Geopgeop 05:10, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

Agree. I replaced the tag with a promotional tag, and added a request for a free image to replace the current one. --Fritz S. (Talk) 12:11, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
