The map graphics the situation of browser until end of march 2012, the update you request can be made when april 2012 finishes.

Some countries are missed

Exact color

Can you change the colors to match exactly to the png version that is optimized for color-blind people.

Wikimedia encourages the substitution of .png images for their .svg equivalents.
