I have tired to upload this again and give some rationale. I hope that anyone with any common sense can seen that a logo of a national organisation with over 20,000 members is fair use and also should not be deleted. I understand that it may not be the "standard" that some geeks like, but if this is to be an open project then you need to accept the good and the bad and the best that people can offer rather than just deleting things and then messing up the main article!
