This design was granted in 1992, thus voiding the copyright exemption.

Despite this being "invalid" I won't declare it nor delete it, not to mention it's being used around the world, as trivial as the importance of this image may be.
I really hope no one deletes this because fair use applies and crown copyrights and city corporation copyrights are bullshit when we can't even identify our (allegedly) own symbols, icons, crests, logos, etc.
These copyright impediments only benefit those with power to exercise their "rights". I'd like to sue some of the people who have stolen my designs, but I can't. Fuck the authorities. Power to the people. ~ JasonCarswell (talk) 22:24, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
