The photo is in the possession of my mother, Boots Scott. Her collection of photos is what I am defining as the Scott Family Photo Archives. I have her full permission to use the photo of my father in his ASW-20 sailplane taken in 1998, and to offer the image as free content under the Creative Commons license.
