The source [1] states this is in the public domain? This image is believed to be in the public domain and is from the National Archives. More information may be found below.

And whilst the source may not be known for sure, a licence of CC BY-SA seems clearly wrong, since the photo was taken long before the CC licences existed! Mdwh (talk) 01:23, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
