Units?

This graph is hard to interpret, since the measurement "phi" is not explained, and the units are not labelled. Geoffrey.landis (talk) 19:38, 4 March 2014 (UTC)

I agree with Geoffrey.Landis. For me, if the quantities related to axes on a graph are not clearly defined, the graph is not very useful.
