I saw the message that this image has been flagged by a bot for transfer to the wikimedia commons. I'm not sure that this is the appropriate place to post this, but being unfamiliar with Wikipedia, i'm not sure where exactly the correct place to post this is.
I think that it would be appropriate to migrate this image to the commons so others could use it. Since the image has been released into the public domain by its owner, I do not know of any reason not to transfer it to the commons. Others could use the image in similar articles on other wikis. Additionally, it would facilitate finding this exact image again should somebody else want to view it.
