I still don't see what you are referring to. The image appears to be a graph of the effective tax rate using the income tax brackets for single and Married filing jointly. It does not violate OR as it creates no new synthesis of data. It is the data, just in a graph form, which is completely fine if we describe what is presented. Definitely not original research, but the labels are far too vague without context from Income tax in the United States. Even then, "effective income tax" is inaccurate since the model accounts for neither FICA, nor the Earned Income Tax Credit, nor the Alternative Minimum Tax. Better than nothing though.
