Map is wrong

This map is out of date and/or inaccurate, at least with respect to Alabama. It shows several counties as "all dry" that have "wet" municipalities under local option laws: Lauderdale, Morgan, Marshall, Jackson, DeKalb, Cherokee, Chilton and Coffee, at least. Agreed - I looked up the ordinances of one of the counties in Virginia marked as dry, Lunenburg County. It shows that alcholol sales are legal, save during certain hours. Unexplained Annotations

Why is a county in Nevada a different shade of color than any of the ones described in the key?
