What is wrong?

I uploaded this image and tried to copy the example of other fair-use logos. I cannot tell what it missing. The macro does not say. Can someone explain in English? -AndrewDressel (talk) 02:05, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

It seems kind of silly that all these robots go around warning and deleting, but no one can answer the simple question: what is missing? I'm sure something is, but I have no idea what it is.
