Comment by uploader User:Tomdaone: This image is the only one of it's type being a 3D rendition of the building with photographical properties, thus is irreplaceable due to it being unique in this way. A photograph could be taken and uploaded of which I could give full rights to Wikipedia, however due to this being the only digital version made in 3D by the architectural designer, is a fair reason it is better than a photograph that may adequately provides the same information.
- Because the image is of an existing building, a free image could be taken. The digital rendition doesn't provide any substantially different perspective on the leisure centre, as the building looks the same as the rendition. This makes the image replaceable and a violation of the non-free content criteria. Harryboyles 17:01, 27 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
