Fair use in Tony Janiro

Free images of this subject invariably depict him in settings other than the boxing ring. The significance of the uploaded image is that is shows the subject at the peak of his boxing career, which is the source of his notability. Free images show the subject in later years. Therefore, a free image would be of far less educational value. I would appreciate any feedback on this matter. - twelsht 23:47, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
