I think the characters for tôi and chùa are mere inventions. They are not the characters used to write the words they stand for in the sample text. Also, They do not appear in any of the dictionaries nor texts of the Chu Nom writing system. Please verify and remove if necessary. Thanks.

As for the Nôm character for the word tôi: Check Nôm Preservation Foundation's Lookup Tool.
The Nôm character does seem a bit messed up, at least on my computer, I guess have no proper Nôm font yet installed, but it does match the character displayed on the Wikipedia image file. Your point might be that, this tôi character could be a less widely used one. Most Vietnamese syllables/words correspond several Nôm characters, even if they mean the very same thing. The same applies to chùa, as well. But see for yourself, use the Nôm Lookup Tool, type the quốc ngữ words and check the results. Nước mắm ngon quá! (talk) 02:06, 3 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
