@JJMC89: Thankyou for quickly identifying problems with the image I uploaded, and I apologise for apparent my non-compliance. I have attempted to remedy Template:Bsr and Template:Non-free reduce issues. If there are are further issues please let me know as I regards resolution of license issues as highest priority. - Obviously the bots are not happy about something and I expect some knowing person will some here and sort it out for which I shall be grateful and I shall also observe what is being done to fix it so I don't make the same mistake again. I don't normally do these some of images on WP and stick to commons and if it wasn't for the fact some were unhappy with the only relevant image I could use from commons was not deemed acceptable I have attempted to provision this logo.
