Referring to the description, this is not a 'prefab' in the normal sense—a prefabricated bungalow—nor does it look like a system-built block using prefabricated components. It looks like a conventional in-situ concrete frame with tile-hanging and cladding.
Is 'prefab' just being used here as a derogatory descriptor of a disliked building (cf. 'concrete')?
