use light mode logo instead of dark mode one

the current logo is hard to read, i tried updating it and ended up accidentally adding something to the commons https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Ship_of_Harkinain.png

the light mode logo is available here https://github.com/HarbourMasters/Shipwright/blob/8fdee66610923c78b982d68d4e8b1a5a553ccacf/docs/shiptitle.lightmode.png, it should work under the same fair use terms as the current one Briaguya (talk) 04:06, 26 September 2023 (UTC)
