Won't have written proof that this has been turned into a free image until next week at the earliest. If it has to be deleted and I have to re-upload it later, it's not the end of the world. I just received a CC on email sent to permissions-en@wikimedia.org today at 2:35 PDT, granting a free license using the language at Wikipedia:Declaration of consent for all enquiries.
