The only other version of this image exists on Insurance Journal's website, which is also copyrighted. This is the most recent photo of Pat Ryan. There is no free alternative. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexfindlay (talk • contribs) 22:09, November 30, 2016 (UTC)
- @Alexfindlay: It is not whether one currently exists. Our fair use policy specifically says that one could not conceivably exist in the future. Since the person is still alive anyone could conceivably walk up to them, take a photo, and release it to us. Therefore, no copyrighted image of the person meets our strict fair use policy.
