Deletion

I am not sure who put forth a deletion request, but I was never notified as needed under the terms for deletion. Secondly, the license provided was more than valid as Vaughan Weather.Com has given me exclusive use of its content. Lastly, this data was composed from several gigabytes of raw radar data which is not publicly hosted on the www.vaughanweather.com server, furthermore it is very unlikely most users have the correct software to decode this data, thus a source link to Vaughan Weather will not be provided. Given these conditions the image has been correctly restored and released into the public domain. Theonlysilentbob (talk) 01:42, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
