If I can split hairs, this house at 8 North College Street was the Delt house from about 2007 to 2009. It was owned by Phi Mu until at least 2009. Delt rented it those two years while their house on University Terrace was being renovated.
The regular Delt house was closer to Alden, across the street from the auditorium and next to the AGDs.
