Water Balloon?

In the image it appears her dress is stained with something. I'm wondering if she got splattered with something wet, like maybe she got hit with a water balloon, and that might explain why she doesn't appear very happy in the picture. A picture alone tells a thousand stories though, and who can say just what really happened? Myself, I can't tell. --Neptunerover (talk) 09:22, 26 January 2010 (UTC)

This is plastic and ribbon, which is the design on the dress. Natalie always has this face when she poses. It does not indicate anything but her classic facial expression. 75.4.244.40 (talk) 05:55, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
