This is NOT the Nae Nae. It's a poor representation of the Black social dance out of Atlanta. It's not about rockin the hips. It's about isolating the hips and rockin the torso. The arm is hangs in the air like an anchor while the real locomotion alternates from left to right in the torso in a kind of four-on-the-floor beat.
