I am the photographer and owner of this picture. The warning can be removed and the file can be transferred to the Wikimedia Commons project. I have no problem with the picture being used by any other Wikipedia articles or projects. I'm not really sure how to transfer the picture to the Commons project, so if anyone actually even views this page, please feel free to complete the transfer. Thank you.
