don't know where that attribution came from, other than this maybe being pulled from the police dept's website, but this was taken by a bystander who tweeted it; there's an article/blog out there by the guy in question, who discusses who rapidly it was (falsely) attributed to an "ISIS-linked website"; he doesn't claim copyright but he's concerned about the misattribution of it and bemused by the ISIS hype. One thing's for sure, the Ottawa Police didn't take it (they're not the "author") and they do not have the copyright on it.Skookum1 (talk) 04:02, 14 November 2014 (UTC)
