Agreed, I came to this talk section just to point out that the graph arbitrarily starts at 0.6. There is no reason for this as starting at 0 would allow a person to actually assess relative risks without the interference of bad graphing. I'd re-make the graph myself right now but it's late ... (Sorry, I don't know how to sign this comment with whatever mechanism Wikipedia uses to identify commenters.
