- There are two important questions here: 1) did the daughter of the subject have permission from the copyright holder (i.e., the photographer)? and 2) was permission given for anyone to use the image, or just Wikipedia? - Well, I did what I could. I don't mind the situation that he wiki has the image and en wiki does not, though such a scenario appears awkward to me, honestly. Maybe it is a good idea to move the image to commons :-< The uploader claims the permission was logged December 2005, so not sure what is the big fuss.
