The whole description seems to be wrong - red thick one is definitely not wiejska, as wiejska is dark, it's probably some kind of zwyczajna (common sausage). The dark thin one is not kabanos, you simply don't cook them... also they are not as thin, neither dark, more like reddish. In fact, it looks kinda like thin wersion of wiejska. Finally, the white one is not actual biała, which is sold raw, but rather its lower-grade cousin biała parzona (white steamed).
