The source of this photo is NARA, specifically the SS records collection at College Park, Maryland in the Archives II buildng. 3rd or 4th floor last time I was there. I got this photo for free when I visited. -Husnock 02:34, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

- Yes, the statute is specific. "A “work of the United States Government” is a work prepared by an officer or employee of the United States Government as part of that person’s official duties." It does not include works of other people "accumulated" by the US government. -- But|seriously|folks 02:36, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
