This is a very helpful chart.

I would like to see a small caption about the transitions and functions of each cell. I am reminded that this is really many pictures of the same cell. A human cell with lots of different tools. I'd like to know in this chart what each tool being deployed is and what stimulates that function.

When Mikael Häggström updated this file in 2010, he misspelled "erythrocyte" at the reticulocyte stage. Can that be fixed?
