- The rationale is explained in the image page: The accompanying commentary in an article on the 1979 Nahariya attack would be diminished by the absence of an image identifying the victims of the crime. It is not "decorative".
- Furthermore it goes without saying that this image does not have significant commercial or artistic value . Marokwitz (talk) 06:59, 20 December 2023 (UTC)
