This looks shopped... Look at the 28 January 2007 version then the 2 February 2006 version. Somebody added in an extra tally (you can tell by looking at some of the pixels)...? Don't know how to get this reverted or even if it really matters - anybody else able to?

I'm the original uploader. Someone photoshopped my sign to add an extra tally. I went through my files and found the original:
