All rights released?

It doesn't seem that this image should be deleted. I believe the poster loaded this image with intent for it to be freely used by Wikipedia, evidenced by his/her comment "All rights released". I would equate this with the Template:No_rights_reserved. As written in small script on the Template:CopyrightedFreeUse, "To release all rights, use {{No rights reserved}} instead." This implies that if the uploader released all rights we should use Template:No_rights_reserved. BigNate37_T·C 05:39, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
