The "Gators golf logo.jpg" file is a non-free image owned by the University Athletic Association, Inc., and is subject to the copyright and trademark rights of that organization. It is not licensed to be used on Wikipedia, but, rather, it may be included only in the main Wikipedia articles covering the University of Florida's Florida Gators men's golf and Florida Gators women's golf teams under a "fair use" rationale. In addition to federal and state trademark and copyright law, all Wikipedia use of the Gator head logo must comply with Wikipedia policies regarding the fair use of non-free trademark and other copyrighted images, photographs, and other materials. Uses of the Gator head logo that do not comply with Wikipedia policy are subject to immediate deletion. As part of a compromise to restrict the use of the Gator head logo as a non-free image on Wikipedia, this version of the Gator head logo is only approved for use on the two main team articles for the Florida Gators men's and women's golf programs, and not on related season articles, rivalry articles, notable game articles, or the individual articles about Florida Gators coaches and athletes. Any such additional unauthorized uses of the Gator head logo are subject to immediate deletion.
