I would like to note that the authorship of this page is unknown -- in that the name of the engraver, or author of the text, is not stated in the original documents. In either case, it would have been a work for hire. Copyright in the UK (the image's country of origin) with regard to visual works is limited to 70 years after the death of the artist. The artist would have have to have lived past 1938, which is 84 years after the work's publication, which (even if we assume the artist was only 20) is extremely unlikely as he would have had to live past the age of 104. Therefore, any rights of the artist have been extinguished in the country of origin. I should also like to note that a similar rule applies for the text.
