This is of absorption and fluorescence spectra, but the labels on the graph are wrong.
For the excitation spectrum: You measured the emission at 520 nm but excited from 400-550 nm? That means you measured the excitation light! Also: FAM's fluorescence is pH-sensitive. Which pH did you use? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.202.242.95 (talk) 18:43, 20 September 2012 (UTC)
