This is published by A.F. DeColy back in Saigon (see the stamp on the lower left). The photo is circa the early 1920s during the reign of Sisowath. Need to do more research on the status of this image. Back theb Saigon was part of French Indochina. Now it is apart of Vietnam, which is under the Berne Convention, I'm not sure what this means though in regards to this image. --Dara (talk) 04:57, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
